该部门采用加德纳·卡尼领导力实验室的方法, 由加德纳·卡尼领导力研究所(gcLi)与宾夕法尼亚大学教育研究生院合作开发. Led by 5 institute-certified faculty and staff, the gcLi method combines brain science, social and emotional intelligence, leadership studies, cultural competency, and developmental psychology.
